From Trump’s “Liberation Day” to Our REVOLUTION DAY

This week the Trump Administration brought us “Liberation Day,” initiating a Trade War with Nations around the world by targeting our allies and adversaries with his Trump Tariffs. Not even the penguins and polar bears in their respective hemispheres were spared from his assault on our global trade system. But this week, America WOKE UP!

While Trump pushes our allies and adversaries into each others arms, today April 5th, Americans across the country are telling Trump and Musk to keep their HANDS OFF our Democracy! From Ruby Red states to Sapphire Blue regions we’re protesting in the biggest marches in US history. We are rising to combat the Oligarchy Trump and Musk have brought to our nation and for the rights and protections we had before January 20th.

Trump and Musk have fired government works, veteran workers, VA workers, and Social Security workers. They have attacked Unions by peeling back the government departments responsible for curbing corporate interference in union rights actions, and Trump has BANNED FEDERAL UNIONS. He has taken away the $15 an hour minimum wage for government contractors enacted by Biden, and has taken steps to defund even the USPS.

Their plan is clear, and their plan is to leave all of us ‘grubby Americans’ who actually work real jobs behind so that the Billionaires can have some more tax breaks and control over what’s left of our lives. But while Trump is golfing, Americans are rallying. We’re demanding. We’re building. We’re developing a small business economy. We’re joining our local democratic groups. We’re standing up for Democratic values. We’re preaching to the world that we are with THEM. That America doesn’t belong exclusively to Billionaires, and that we will not let the Billionaires ruin the world in the way they have ruined the middle class and working class of our nation.

Trump is preparing for war with Venezuelan gangs with 200 members, for an invasion of Greenland and Panama, for a war with Iran, and to COLONIZE Gaza by removing the Palestinian people from the scraps of land Israel has brutalized them into over the last 100 years.

If any of these acts and threats were attributed to the Nazis, they would be seen as extreme actions made in an obscenely authoritarian fashion. It is clear that Trump is acting like a Dictator with the power to get away with extreme criminality that he envies from the likes of Putin and Xi.

If Trump’s attacks on seniors and veterans were not bad enough, his global trade war sparked a further tumbling of US markets that are making it difficult for those groups to retire and feel confident in doing so. In a country where even buying a home is impossible for the wages being paid, Americans are angry and frustrated in their wondering what there is left to take from them by these Billionaires?

What Billionaires don’t understand is that when we have nothing else to lose, we’ll start taking back exactly what they stole from us. With the class of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, we will take it back peacefully. We will take it back with grace, and we will take it back with non-violence in the face of the physical, mental, and emotional violence they attack us with.

These are the demands Americans are fighting for:

Rise up where and while you can. The future of our nation depends on each of us and our friends and families. If we want to keep this nation working for the majority of us rather than only for the Billionaires above us, we need a Democratic Revolution with the rights and values listed above.

America used to be the seat of global democracy, but as long as we subjugate our nation to Billionaire control, we will no longer have the power of self governance. This is the continuation of the January 6th Coup, and every step of the destruction of our government we walk further down the path of Authoritarianism. It’s not Red vs Blue. It’s Billionaires vs the rest of us. Get it yet?
